PDT (630 - 800)

The PDT – is a modular Dynamic Tangential Pay-Off, offered in both single-sided (left or right) and double-sided models. Both versions include a pneumatic dancer with analog potentiometer control or an electrical dancer with HMI recipe control. The machine is designed to be modular, providing flexibility for various combinations to meet diverse customer requirements.

Features

  • Available with single-sided (left or right) or double-sided spool mounting.
  • Two machine size options Ø0,63m or Ø0,8m.
  • single wires from Ø0,4 up to Ø2.14 mm, multi-wires made of 6 up to 24 ends of copper Ø0.1 to Ø1.38 mm
  • pay-off (insulated) bunch from 0.5 mm² up to 4 mm² (6 mm maximum diameter)
  • Pneumatic dancer with analog potentiometer control or Electrical dancer with HMI recipe control.
  • Twist free pay-off of individual wires and wire bundles.
  • Safety protection with interlocking door.
  • Max speed up to 400 m/min.
  • Wire guideway system with ceramic rings or a roller system with easy opening.
