Column Take-Up/Pay-Off

This high-capacity cable/rope winding system is designed to operate for both pay-off and take-up operations, specially designed for large-diameter cables and ropes. The structure offers an optimized and robust design, allowing access to the machine from the top and front, facilitating spool loading either with a crane or by simple rolling. The construction design incorporates full electrical features and standard spare parts to minimize maintenance requirements.

The pintle-type system provides the option for simultaneous or independent motorized spool lifting. This machine guarantees precise tension control while adapting to varying cable diameters and spool specifications with an accuracy of 1N.
