Columns Vertical Rewinding Line

LUV (180 / 220)

This line is specially designed for cable rewinding, focusing on quality control and maintainability. This is achieved through a fully electric design and the use of standard parts.
The line is equipped with motorized pay-off and winding systems, as well as an electronic torque control and two motorized vertical dancers with precise electronic control, guaranteeing efficient cable rewinding.

  • Integration in the line of three quality control devices, Sikora, Proton or Zumbach.
  • A single-phase electrical socket near of tool box holder.
  • Profinet communication to quality control Equipment´s.
  • Quick tightening of cable adjustment rollers in measuring systems.
  • Cable locking system in order to block the cable wire in spool change operation.
