Portal Pintle Take-Up/Pay-Off

This high-capacity cable/rope winding system is designed for winding or unwinding large-diameter cables and ropes. The structure is optimized and robust, allowing easy access to the machine from the top and front, enabling the loading of the drum with a crane or by simply rolling it. The construction includes full electrical features and standard spare parts to minimize maintenance.

The machine is mounted on two rails, ensuring horizontal sliding and facilitating the opening and closing of pintles. The spool can be lifted simultaneously or independently with a motorized system, simplifying the spool loading process. This machine ensures precise tension control, adapting to varying cable diameters and spool specifications with an accuracy of 1N.
