Dynamic Tangential Pay-Off

PDT (630 - 800)

The PDT – is a modular Dynamic Tangential Pay-Off, offered in both single-sided (left or right) and double-sided models. Both versions include a pneumatic dancer with analog potentiometer control or an electrical dancer with HMI recipe control. The machine is designed to be modular, providing flexibility for various combinations to meet diverse customer requirements.

single wires from Ø0,4 up to Ø2.14 mm, multi-wires made of 6 up to 24 ends of copper Ø0.1 to Ø1.38 mm
pay-off (insulated) bunch from 0.5 mm² up to 4 mm² (6 mm maximum diameter)
Tendeur pneumatique avec commande analogique par potentiomètre ou tendeur électrique avec commande par recette HMI.
Déroulement sans torsion de fils individuels et de faisceaux de fils.
Le dispositif de sécurité est équipé avec des portes à verrouillage.
Max speed up to 400 m/min.
Système de guidage de fil avec des bagues en céramique ou un système à rouleaux avec ouverture facile.
Armoire de commande séparée/intégrée.
Détection logicielle de rupture de fil.
Le même contrôle de tension pendant tout le processus, sur l'ensemble de la plage avec une précision de 0,1N.
Verrouillage rapide et facile de la bobine.
