Double Pay-off / Take-up Semi-automatic (Manual spool change-over)

The machine offers a ‘semi-automatic’  (assisted) spool change.

The spool change procedure requires minimal operator intervention with reduced downtime and high efficiency.

Placing the spool and joining the cable is manual, all other procedures are automatic such as: pre-positioning the cable at the start of the new spool, cutting the cable, lifting the electric spool with the spool automatically positioned at the correct height, etc.

  • Armoire électrique montée dans le bâti de la machine.

Innovations

  • Contrôle de la limitation du couple lors du déploiement de la bobine.
  • Contrôle du couple limite lors du mouvement de fermeture des pivots.
  • Les positions d'inversion automatique des coulisseaux sont ajustées selon la recette de l'IHM.
  • Contrôle précis de la tension en fonction du diamètre instantané de la bobine.
