17 x Twisting machines robotic line

Two KUKA KR90 R3700 Prime K robots applied to two 20.5-meter rails.
Maximum cadence of 60 spools/hour for each Robot in a total of 120 spools/hour for both robots.
It also includes a system for weighing and measuring the length of the coil for quality control and verification.
The coils can have a minimum diameter of 200 mm and a maximum of 300 mm.
